Our square foot pricing is straightforward. There will never be any surprise charges or attempts to add on services you do not want or need. You will always be given the exact price before any work begins and that’s the price you can expect to pay. We don’t charge extra for what should be a standard part of the cleaning, like pre-spray, spot treatments, or waste water removal.
